BLURB
In 2002, the political shit had hit the fan on all fronts; our government was clearly lying about so many things - refugees, WMDs - and America appeared hell bent on a decadent frenzy of warlust. At a time when millions who marched for peace were to be ignored, human rights were surreptitiously wound back as we entered the age of 'terror'.
Seemed like the times called for protest, so we released an album.
Now, one low, dishonest decade later, nothing has changed but the sheer scale of bastardry! Issues of race and refugees are ramped up for every election; yet another middle eastern state is to be disembowelled in America's 'national interest', and it's not looking good for Western capitalism as banks figure out how to foreclose on several European nations. Seems the right time to protest - again.
